Restart league?

Since a lot of you can't do you're matches next week and some of you want to change and some stoylines are messed up but their will be some rules if it does happen

1.The guy you have now you will be able to pick him before anyone esle E.G someone said i want HHH since i had him before the restart i can get him in less i want someone new

2.It will only start up when most of the members can play

3.Big show and Randy will be fighting for the IXWF championship since that would not be fair on them if they did not get to just because of the restart.

4.Don't talk about what happened with old promos before the restart

Perhaps instead of restarting the league just sort out promos and come up with more rules for promo so it dont get confusing?

I admit its partly my fault cause i was replying to like every promo and feuding a quarter
